The short version

Anguleris is a 15-year, architect-founded construction technology company and the parent of BIMsmith, Swatchbox, Modlar, Archbase, and Gaudi AI. Through Swatchbox, we ship product samples to architects and designers at the biggest firms in the world, and the box they open has our fingerprints on it.

That box is the whole job. When an architect opens a Swatchbox order, it arrives fast, complete, and packed like somebody cared. You're the somebody.

What you'll do

Pick, pack, and ship with precision. Orders move through our State St. facility every day, and every one of them has a deadline and a person waiting on the other end. You'll pull the right samples, pack them clean, and get them out the door on time.

Own accuracy. A wrong sample doesn't just waste a label. It stalls a real project at a real firm. You'll check your work because you're the kind of person who checks your work.

Keep the floor sharp. Inventory counts, restocking, receiving, and keeping your station and the facility clean and organized. Around here everyone pushes brooms, including the founders, so you'll be in good company.

Flag what's broken. If a process is slow, a bin is mislabeled, or a packing method keeps failing, say so. The best ideas on a warehouse floor come from the people standing on it, and we actually want them.

Who does well here

Warehouse or shop experience is preferred, but the pattern matters more than the résumé:

• You're reliable. You show up on time, every day, and people stop worrying about whether you will.
• You close loops. A task handed to you is a task handled. Nothing gets left half-done at the end of a shift.
• You have care in your hands. You pack a box the way you'd want to receive one, and sloppy work bothers you even when nobody's checking.
• You're steady under volume. Busy days don't rattle you; you just work the list.
• You're good to work beside. You help teammates without keeping score and keep a good attitude when the day gets long.

What this role is not

• It is not a body-in-a-warehouse job. We know your name, you'll know ours, and good work gets noticed here.
• It is not a place where "good enough" ships. Our customers are designers. They notice everything, and so do we.

Practical details

• Full-time, onsite at our State St. facility in Elgin, IL.
• Physical work: you'll be on your feet, lifting, and moving product through the day.
